Returns

 

Due to the nature of custom printed apparel, merchandise and accessories,  Envy Designz, LLC can not accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective. In addition, please note that sizing can vary between manufacturers and styles. If you have any questions please contact us at 469-298-9922.

We can not be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the garments are custom printed.

 

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or an exchange on merchandise.

Because we deal in Custom work several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

A. Apparel Items that have been used/washed any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


B. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

 

Return Exceptions
If there is a material defect or a printing defect we will offer a discount or to reprint problem shirts. We are unable to offer a return for custom printed merchandise.

There are certain situations where only partial or no refunds are granted: (if applicable)

What to do if this happens:

1. Please use the contact form located on the Contact Us page on our website www.envydesignzllc.com.
2. Please include your reference order number/invoice number.
3. Tell us what is wrong.
4. If possible, take a photo of the issue (we may request this later).


We will respond within 7 business days.

​Proof Of Purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

​Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund in the time expected please do the following:

1. First check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
4. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@envydesignzllc.com

​Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

​Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

​Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not and don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
